As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team of individuals delivering the best in customer care.  Your Customer Service and Clerical skills will help you provide both our service recipients and providers with the best possible client service that we can provide.

Some daily tasks of a Customer Experience Specialist may include:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone in a professional and courteous manner; answering or referring inquiries
  • Schedules/Adjusts client appointments as necessary
  • Helps us keep track of our patient interactions. While on calls, use your expert listening skills to get to the heart of a patient’s question quickly and document all interactions in real-time
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring panic emergency response system; directing individuals to the appropriate location; issuing visitor badges
  • Reviews and updates financial information with client at each visit
  • Meets with clients to complete clinic intake documentation, interviews and releases in accordance with federal and state regulations


Your skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years' experience preferred
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
  • General knowledge of Excel
  • Strong organization and communication skills required
  • Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
  • Valid NYS driver license, acceptable to insurance carrier, for required local travel
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the program and its service recipients
